DOMO Retail SA announces new owner. Mr. Mag. Eugen Petrov takes over the company following a management buyout process, becoming sole owner of DOMO’s shareholder company.

From 2012, Eugen Petrov has been shareholders’ representative and Charmain of the Board of Directors of DOMO Retail SA, thus gaining a great understanding of the company’s values and long term objectives.
